Performances include:

1.20pm: Open Your Mind
2.15pm: Rushey Green Time Bank Choir
2.45pm: JOY Cabaret and JOY Choir
3.30pm: Finale! commission
Workshops include hip-hop dance, Qi Gong (movement), flower arranging, bring your own clothing make & mend and disco bingo.
Exhibitions of work created by Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, Downham Men's Group and photographer Aidan Brooks, and film screenings from Sydenham Garden and the Positive Ageing Council.
There's also the opportunity to come and learn music from the new Finale! commission.
Held on Silver Sunday, an annual day of celebration of older people, the event promises to round off the festival with a bang.
