Suitable for those attending with an assistance animal.
Come along to see a well-trodden route in a fresh way. We’ll explore the local area for a couple of hours when you’ll be encouraged to engage all your senses to capture what’s around you; with sketching, photography, collecting and playing with words.
Then, back at base, you’ll be supported to use printing, stitching and drawing techniques to help you create a beautiful collage.
Pop back and bring your friends on Tuesday 1 October from 2.30pm to 4pm to see the final artworks on display.
The collage will also be photographed and printed onto a cotton bag so that you can have your very own piece of portable art to take away.
The walk (with built-in pauses) will be approximately 2 hours long with a shorter option available.
